Payments online will be requested by credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact me directly and I can process your order by email or phone.
Online purchases are subject to a shipping and packaging charge depending on the value of the piece being shipped and destination. Pieces may be shipped with Canada Post flat rate or FED EX. Roberto Fioravanti cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or by customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets sent.
I do my best to ship within 2 weeks for items in stock. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, I will inform you if that is the case. When possible, I try to accommodate urgent commissions or faster deliveries on the customer’s request. This may require a surcharge.
Standard shipment fees are as follows:
Items with a value up to $1000 within Canada, I will ship with Canada post. Insured and trackable the shipping charge is $25. Items with a value over $1000 within Canada, I will ship with FED EX insured and trackable the shipping charge is $100.
To the USA
Items with a value up to $1000 to the USA, I will ship with Canada post. Insured and trackable the shipping charge is $50. Items with a value over $1000 to the USA, I will ship with FED EX insured and trackable the shipping charge is $150.

I offer custom service which allows you to have an entirely unique item designed especially for you. A consultation can be attended in person at my studio, or by skype. Please allow 4-8 weeks for custom orders to be completed from the time of the full payment has been received. Quotes for orders are valid for 10 days and I reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.
A custom order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.
Sales and Returns
I strive to provide the best service and to make all my customers happy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately. For sales from my collection, I may offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of you receiving the jewellery.
Custom work is non-refundable however if changes are desired I will happily quote for the work needed.
When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. Any further resizing may incur a charge of $80 or more per ring depending on the ease of the re-sizing.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend insured special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility.
Repairs, Reconditioning and Maintenance
Your jewellery requires care and may require maintenance over the years.
Some of my jewellery is oxidized in order to give it a blackened finish. Some pieces have special textures. As this is a surface covering it will wear over time. This is an intentional element of the design, but if you’d like your jewellery to be re-finished, re-textured and re-oxidized I am happy to do it if the piece allows. This may be a free service or will be done for a minimal fee.
Set gems need special attention when wearing them. Please stop wearing the jewellery if you are aware of a loose gem and notify me straight away.
One of a Kind
Each product is handmade and therefore unique and small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock. Stone and metal colours may vary and sizes are accurate within reason. I am also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which I cannot accept responsibility. If for any reason you are not happy with your order or you feel it is not in keeping with your request I am be happy to exchange it for you within 7 days of receipt. All purchases are non-refundable.
Orders are to be paid in full at the time of pick up or prior to shipment. Payment can be made by credit card or email transfer. Goods remain the property of Roberto Fioravanti until paid for in full.
Design Rights and Copyrights remain the sole property of Roberto Fioravanti. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Roberto Fioravanti reserves the right to review prices at any time.
When you order a piece of jewellery please be sure to provide me with the correct sizes as it is best if you can get it right first time. To measure your finger the best option is to come by the studio. I will be happy to meet with you. If that is not possible ask me about a measuring gauge or ask your local jeweller to provide you with an accurate size by measuring your finger or by measuring another ring of the correct size.
If you do provide me with the wrong size, there may be a resizing fee as some pieces will require a complete re-make. I will do my best to accommodate this inconvenience and provide you with the best solutions.
Tips for Measuring your Ring Size
- Your finger size can change during the day – the best time to measure is at the end of the day when your fingers are at their largest. Do not measure when your hands are cold as your fingers could be up to half a size smaller than usual!
- A wider band will feel tighter than a narrower band. When purchasing a particularly wide band, we recommend choosing a full size larger than your normal ring size.
- Your ring should fit your finger comfortably: it should be snug enough not to fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle.
- If you’re buying a gift, the best way to establish ring size is to borrow a ring of his/hers (from the correct finger) and use our ring measuring guide to determine its size.
