Ordering Online

Payments online will be requested by credit card. When a payment has been taken you will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. If you are struggling to pay online please contact me directly and we can process your order by email or phone.

Delivery information

Online purchases are subject to a shipping and packaging charge depending on the value of the piece being shipped and destination. Pieces may be shipped with Canada Post flat rate or FED EX. Roberto Fioravanti cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or by customs checks. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. You will be provided with a tracking number for your order when it gets sent.

We do our best to ship within 2 weeks for items in stock. Maximum delivery time is 8 weeks if the item has been made to order, we will inform you if that is the case. When possible, we try to accommodate urgent commissions or faster deliveries on the customer’s request. This may require a surcharge.

Standard shipment fees are as follows:

Within Canada

Items with a value up to $1000 within Canada, will be shipped with Canada post. Insured and trackable the shipping charge is $40. Items with a value over $1000 within Canada can be shipped insured and trackable with FED EX, the shipping charge is $100.

To the USA

Items with a value up to $1000 to the USA, are shipped with Canada post, insured and trackable the shipping charge is $50. Items with a value over $1000 to the USA, are shipped with FED EX insured and trackable the shipping charge is $150.

Custom Orders

We offer custom service which allows you to have an entirely unique item designed especially for you. All consultations can be scheduled by video call  Please allow a minimum of 4-8 weeks for custom orders to be completed from the time of the full payment has been received. Quotes for orders are valid for 10 days and We reserve the right to change prices prior to confirmation of order depending on the fluctuation of material costs such as precious metals.

Cancellation Policy

A custom order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order.

Sales and Returns

We strive to provide the best service and to make all our customers happy. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact me immediately. For sales from my collection, We may offer an exchange or credit note within 3 days of you receiving the jewellery. 

Custom work is non-refundable however if changes are desired we will happily quote for the work needed.

When ordering rings online it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have ordered the correct size. Any further resizing may incur a charge  depending on the complexity of the re-sizing.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods and therefore recommend to insure special delivery. Please note that the cost of shipping is the customers responsibility. 

Repairs, Reconditioning and Maintenance

Your jewellery requires care and may require maintenance over the years. 

Some of our jewellery is oxidized in order to give it a blackened finish. Some pieces have special textures. As this is a surface finish it will wear over time. This is an intentional element of the design, but if you’d like your jewellery to be re-finished, re-textured and re-oxidized we are happy to do it if the piece allows. This may be a free service or will be done for a minimal feedepending from the work usually it is easy to assess the work needed from a photo, please feel free to contact me with your request.

Set gems need special attention when wearing them, even the hardest christals can be shattered by the impact against a hard surface. Always be cautious with your jewels. If you notice any unwanted issue on your jewels please stop wearing them and notify me immediately.

One of a Kind

Each product is handmade, small variations will occur resulting in slight differences from any photographs or items in stock, we pride ourself of this and this should be one of the reason why you choose our jewellery. Stone and metal colours may vary, weights and sizes are accurate within reason. We are also aware that variations in monitor, browser or software calibrations on your browsing device may cause variations in image and colour of items shown digitally, for which we cannot accept responsibility. All purchases are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Orders are to be paid in full at the time of pick up or prior to shipment. Payment can be made by credit card or email transfer. Goods remain the property of Roberto Fioravanti until paid for in full. Deposits are non refoundable.


Design Rights and Copyrights remain the sole property of Roberto Fioravanti. Prices are correct at the time of publication. Roberto Fioravanti reserves the right to review prices at any time.
